A fresh arrival in my inbox today so I figured better get it onto the site before it slips out of mind. Why I’m still up at 3am is a whole entire kettle of fish…
So yeah, the single from the French House music legends will come with remixes from Radioslave, Reset!, The Subs and of course Don Diablo (which we’re featuring here) on November 5th via Cassius Records. As a teaser to us mortals, their record label and co. have decided the masses can get their grubby fingers on Don Diablo’s remix for free! Not only that, but in 320 kbps digital glory! I lub yoo interwebz…
Onto the remix itself… After a couple of listens I think I’m becoming a bit of a fan. What can I say, I’m bias when it comes to Disco/Funk House/French Touch/splashy synth work… A funkier approach has been taken here with a few hints to the dark and menacing sound the original mix has. Head on over to the Cassius MySpace page HERE if you haven’t heard it yet. While there, take note of line-up scheduled to play at Club 75 on October 8th… So fuckin’ jealous…
