Muse debut “Uprising” – First official single off the album “The Resistance”

Chris from the band called into the Morning Show on Triple J this morning to premiere (well on Australian radio anyway), “Uprising” – the first official single from their forthcoming album The Resistance out this September. Chris also spoke about some of the sounds and inspirations of the album but what pricked my ears was the mention that the last track, “Exogenesis” was going to be a 3-part 16 minute symphonic epic. Thumbs up to that!

Anyway, you’re probably all wanting to cop a listen of the track which has been described to be a heavy-rock take on Goldfrapp with elements of Garry Glitter glam-rock, shades of disco and a hint of football-style crowd chanting. You decide:
